Regardless of the size of your move, a comprehensive project plan will be the most valuable resource you can have. To begin the development of your project plan, our specialist office removalists will come to your business to conduct an initial inspection. They will assess your equipment, resources and physical location to determine the volume of goods, the staff required, reasonable timeframes and the need for any specialised equipment.
At this stage, our representatives will also determine if any special loading permits, IT support, stock and inventory management, unusual packaging equipment or traffic management is required.
Following the inspection, we will develop an accurate quote and project plan that will outline how we’d manage your move and the associated costs. Working to your timeframes and the details in the project plan, our specialist office movers will develop a thorough schedule that shows just what will happen when.
