The two young gentlemen that came to us were absolutely run off their feet the whole day. They kept us posted the entire day and the delays were our of their control. “I was dreading moving house. I had so much on at work, a pregnant wife as well two small children to contend with. The weekend before I was supposed to move I ended up in casualty with a crook knee courtesy of a fall on the tennis court. No way was I going to be able to pack in time.
I called the boys at Your Local Movers and explained my dilemma, they sprang right into action. The very next day I had two lads at my house with a packing kit and my house was packed in boxes by dinner time that night. I don’t know how they did it. I took my wife and kids out for the day and came home to my home packed and ready to go.
The move itself went smoothly – the boys moved all the boxes into the correct rooms making unpacking a breeze. Unpacking is not nearly as stressful as packing, but with a crook knee I was glad to not have to lug it, friendly and professional, room house packed, moved and everything unloaded into the right rooms for just over a grand. Awesome, worth every cent! I hate packing – it takes me so long, these guys were like lightning. The dodgy knee came in very handy, I’m thinking to play a few sets next time I have to move…
